Normally
the Department only admits graduate students in the
Fall and Spring semesters.
All
applications for the Fall and Spring terms will be
considered complete only if completed in both the
Department and the Office of Admissions.
Fall
Admission
- Deadline date for completed applications to be
considered for financial aid: January 5. Applications received
on or before this date will be considered for recruiting events. Applications
after this date will be considered for financial
aid if funds are available.
- Admission and Offer of Assistantship letters
will be sent out starting March 15.
- Deadline date for completed applications without
financial aid: April 1
ANY APPLICATION NOT COMPLETED BY APRIL 1 WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THE
NEXT ADMISSION CYCLE.
Spring Admission
- Deadline date for completed applications to be
considered for financial aid: October 1. Applications
after this date will be considered for financial
aid if funds are available.
- Admission and Offer of Assistantship letters
will be sent out starting October 15.
- Deadline date for completed applications without
financial aid: November 1
ANY APPLICATION NOT COMPLETED BY NOVEMBER 1 WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR
THE NEXT ADMISSION CYCLE.
(Depending on individual faculty’s immediate
research needs, late applicants may potentially be
considered prior to the next admission cycle.)
