Job Description PC/Network Support Team Coordinator - Coordinates and provides computer, network, and software support. This includes software installation, OS installation, networking, printer support and general maintenance support of all Windows PC's in the Department. Job Duties - Document Tech Support requests as they are received - Coordinate the Tech Support Team's response to requests for support. - Maintain lists of software installations as required by the College Of Engineering. - Document the department network and devices installed on the network. - Respond to requests for support Return to the MAE Staff Page. |
